Sentia - Política de privacidad

Sentia es una app para parejas (iPhone, iPad y Apple Watch) que permite enviarse gestos rápidos, mensajes, fotos, publicaciones, tareas, hábitos y fechas importantes, jugar juntos, ver o escuchar contenido juntos y ver el clima, con widget y notificaciones. Esta política explica qué datos usa la app, para qué, dónde se guardan y qué control tienes sobre ellos.

1. Resumen
- Sentia no tiene servidores propios: tus datos viven en tu cuenta de iCloud mediante Apple CloudKit.
- No usamos publicidad, no rastreamos tu actividad entre apps y no vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros.
- No incluimos SDKs de analítica, publicidad ni de terceros.
- Una vez vinculados, solo tú y tu pareja pueden ver el contenido compartido del vínculo.
- Los únicos datos que se guardan fuera de tu iCloud privado son registros técnicos temporales en la base de datos pública de CloudKit de la app: la invitación (código, enlace e identificador interno de iCloud), que se elimina al completarse el vínculo, y los avisos de notificación (identificador interno de iCloud del destinatario y tipo de aviso, sin ningún contenido), que se eliminan en unas 24 horas. Tu nombre, fotos, mensajes y demás contenido permanecen en iCloud y no podemos leerlos.

3. Permisos del dispositivo
- Notificaciones: para avisarte cuando tu pareja te envía algo. Puedes desactivarlas en Ajustes del sistema.
- Ubicación (mientras usas la app): solo si activas "Compartir distancia" o el clima. Se usa precisión baja (del orden de kilómetros, o nivel de ciudad para el clima). Es completamente opcional.
- Fotos: Sentia usa el selector de fotos de Apple; solo accede a las imágenes que tú eliges y no lee tu biblioteca completa.
- Micrófono: solo si activas la voz durante un juego. El audio se transmite en tiempo real a tu pareja mediante Game Center y no se graba ni se guarda.
- Apple Music: solo si usas "Escuchar juntos", para reproducir la misma canción en los dos dispositivos. Requiere una suscripción a Apple Music.
4. Servicios de Apple y de terceros
- iCloud / CloudKit y notificaciones push (APNs): almacenan y sincronizan tus datos. Se rigen por la política de privacidad de Apple.
- Game Center: se usa para conectar en tiempo real a los dos jugadores en la voz, Snake y Ping pong. Los juegos por turnos (tres en línea, damas, ajedrez, batalla naval) se sincronizan por CloudKit.
- Apple WeatherKit (Clima de Apple): si activas el clima, tu ubicación aproximada se envía a Apple para obtener el pronóstico. Se rige por la política de privacidad de Apple.
- Apple Music (MusicKit): la búsqueda y reproducción de canciones en "Escuchar juntos" la gestiona Apple con tu cuenta de Apple Music.
- SharePlay (Ver juntos): requiere una llamada de FaceTime o un hilo de Mensajes. Los enlaces que compartes se sincronizan con tu pareja durante la sesión.
- YouTube y sitios web: al usar "Ver juntos" se carga contenido de YouTube o del sitio que elijas dentro de la app. Ese contenido lo gestionan sus propietarios y aplican sus propias políticas.
- Apple Intelligence: las sugerencias para escribir un post se generan en tu dispositivo con el modelo de Apple. Tu texto no se envía a nuestros servidores ni a terceros. Es opcional y solo está disponible en dispositivos compatibles.
- Compras: actualmente los estilos son gratuitos. Si en el futuro se ofrecen compras dentro de la app, las procesará Apple y nosotros no recibiremos datos de pago.
5. Conservación y eliminación
- Los mensajes de texto del chat caducan a las 24 horas y las fotos del chat a la 1 hora; se eliminan automáticamente.
- Puedes editar o eliminar desde la app tus momentos, posts, tareas, hábitos, fechas importantes y gestos fijados, y desactivar "Compartir distancia" para borrar tu ubicación.
- Los registros de invitación se eliminan cuando tu pareja se une, y los avisos de notificación en unas 24 horas.
- "Romper vínculo" te desconecta de tu pareja y termina el acceso compartido. "Cerrar sesión" borra los datos guardados localmente en tu dispositivo.
- Puedes gestionar o eliminar los datos de Sentia guardados en tu iCloud desde Ajustes > [tu nombre] > iCloud > Gestionar almacenamiento de la cuenta > Sentia.
- También puedes pedir la eliminación de tus datos escribiendo a level18studio@gmail.com.
6. Seguridad
Los datos se transmiten y almacenan mediante la infraestructura de Apple (iCloud), que aplica cifrado según su documentación. El contenido del vínculo solo es accesible para las dos cuentas vinculadas. Ningún sistema es 100 % infalible, pero aplicamos medidas razonables para proteger tu información.
7. Tus derechos
Puedes acceder, corregir, eliminar o limitar el uso de tus datos, y retirar tu consentimiento (por ejemplo, desactivando la ubicación o las notificaciones) en cualquier momento, según la normativa aplicable, incluida la Ley 81 de 2019 de Protección de Datos Personales de Panamá y, si corresponde, el RGPD. 8. Menores de edad
Sentia no está dirigida a menores de 13 años (o de la edad mínima que exija la ley de tu país) y no recopilamos datos de ellos a sabiendas. Si crees que un menor usa la app, escríbenos para eliminar sus datos.
9. Cambios a esta política
Podemos actualizar esta política. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta misma dirección con su fecha de actualización.

Sentia is a couples app (iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch) to send quick gestures, messages, photos, posts, tasks, habits and important dates, play together, watch or listen together and see the weather, with a widget and notifications. This policy explains what data the app uses, why, where it is stored and what control you have over it.

1. Summary
- Sentia has no servers of its own: your data lives in your iCloud account through Apple CloudKit.
- We use no advertising, we do not track you across apps, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- The app includes no analytics, advertising or third-party SDKs.
- Once paired, only you and your partner can see the content shared in your bond.
- The only data stored outside your private iCloud are temporary technical records in the app's CloudKit public database: the invite (code, link and internal iCloud identifier), deleted when the pairing is completed, and notification notices (the recipient's internal iCloud identifier and the notice type, with no content), deleted within about 24 hours. Your name, photos, messages and other content stay in iCloud and we cannot read them.

3. Device permissions
- Notifications: to let you know when your partner sends you something. You can turn them off in system Settings.
- Location (while using the app): only if you turn on "Share distance" or weather. Low accuracy is used (on the order of kilometers, or city level for weather). It is completely optional.
- Photos: Sentia uses Apple's photo picker; it only accesses the images you choose and does not read your whole library.
- Microphone: only if you turn on voice during a game. Audio is streamed in real time to your partner through Game Center and is not recorded or stored.
- Apple Music: only if you use "Listen together", to play the same song on both devices. Requires an Apple Music subscription.
4. Apple and third-party services
- iCloud / CloudKit and push notifications (APNs): store and sync your data. They are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Game Center: used to connect both players in real time for voice, Snake and Ping pong. Turn-based games (tic-tac-toe, checkers, chess, battleship) sync through CloudKit.
- Apple WeatherKit (Apple Weather): if you turn on weather, your approximate location is sent to Apple to get the forecast. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Apple Music (MusicKit): song search and playback in "Listen together" are handled by Apple with your Apple Music account.
- SharePlay (Watch together): requires a FaceTime call or a Messages thread. Links you share are synced with your partner during the session.
- YouTube and websites: when you use "Watch together", content from YouTube or the site you choose is loaded inside the app. That content is run by its owners and their own policies apply.
- Apple Intelligence: writing suggestions for a post are generated on your device with Apple's model. Your text is not sent to our servers or to third parties. It is optional and only available on compatible devices.
- Purchases: styles are currently free. If in-app purchases are offered in the future, Apple will process them and we will not receive payment data.
5. Retention and deletion
- Chat text messages expire after 24 hours and chat photos after 1 hour; they are deleted automatically.
- You can edit or delete your moments, posts, tasks, habits, important dates and pinned gestures in the app, and turn off "Share distance" to remove your location.
- Invite records are deleted when your partner joins, and notification notices within about 24 hours.
- "Break bond" disconnects you from your partner and ends shared access. "Sign out" clears the data stored locally on your device.
- You can manage or delete Sentia data stored in your iCloud from Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Sentia.
- You can also request deletion of your data by writing to level18studio@gmail.com.
6. Security
Data is transmitted and stored through Apple's infrastructure (iCloud), which applies encryption as described in Apple's documentation. Bond content is only accessible to the two paired accounts. No system is 100% infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and withdraw your consent (for example, by turning off location or notifications) at any time, under applicable law, including Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR. 8. Children
Sentia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country's law) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child is using the app, contact us so we can delete their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will be published at this same address with its update date.
